Meet the Neighbors--Introducing the Wines

 

 

Zlatlan Plavic is a premium dry red wine from Plavac Mali variety grown in the Sv. Nedjelja area.  It is a strong wine with an alcohol content of 13-14%.Optimum aging is 3 years and it should be served gently warmed 16-180C.  This top quality wine has won more awards than any other Croatian wine!

Opol Rose is a high quality dry rose produced by abbreviating maceration of the Plavac Mali grape variety. It is also from the Sv. Nedjelja area. Alcohol content is 12 to 13%. The wine characteristic will come most to the fore when it is served at 14 - 160C.

Zlatan Otok is a high quality dry white wine of this southern clime. It has a characteristic light yellow color, and the alcoholic content is11.5 - 12.5 %. It is produced from several varieties of grapes indigenous to Hvar, from the Hvar, Milna and Zavala localities; among these Bogdanuša is the predominate, while Prè gives it a light Muscatel tone. It schould be served cooled down to 120C.
